Congratulations to Noreen Shirazi Payne of the All About Florida Homes, Keller Williams team, as she serves as Vice Chair for Programming for the Greater Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce in 2018!

“Noreen Payne is a long-time Delray Beach resident, living in the Lake Ida community since 1997. Noreen and her friend of 20 years Amy Stark Snook lead the All About Florida Homes Team with Keller Williams.
It is Noreen’s passion for community service and helping others that brought her to the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce in 2011.
“A very active member since beginning as an Ambassador of the Chamber, Noreen:
? served as the 2015 Ambassador Chair, 2016 – 2017 Vice Chair of Membership and is now in her 3rd year on the board now serving as Vice Chair of Programming.
? is a past finalist for the Ken Ellingsworth Community Service Award.
✏️ is a committed volunteer and newly appointed board member for The Achievement Center for Children and Families
? co-Chairs both the Vince Canning’s Stiletto Race and the Delray Beach Home Tour.
? is active with The Caring Kitchen ESP in the area of children/students and hunger.
